Terms and Conditions

• Resources can be removed at ANY time and for any reason by Leadershipbin.com, if Leadershipbin.com determines that the resource does not meet our Resource Guidelines. Leadershipbin.com is not obligated to give Contributors a reason for removal, or to provide a warning before removing a resource.
• Guidelines for resources are as follows. All submitted resources must meet these requirements:
  
  • Submissions must be original , meaning the Contributor created or substantially contributed to the resource
  • Submissions must be professional, meaning the resource been created for a professional audience and has been properly edited?
  • Submissions must be deemed valuable to the audience of Leadershipbin.com

• It is the responsibility of the Contributor to properly categorize each resource

• Contributors are entitled to receive a portion of all revenue for their contributed resource of at least 50%.
• Contributors are entitled to receive the revenue they are due only after their account reaches $100.
• Leadershipbin.com is not obligated to pay Contributors amounts of less than $100, even if the Contributor closes his/her account.
  
• Resources submitted as 'FREE' are not entitled to any payouts from Leadershipbin.com
• Contributors may be required to submit a W-9 to Leadershipbin.com before commissions are paid to Contributors.

• Contributors retain exclusive ownership of all resources that they submit to Leadershipbin.com
• Contributors reserve the right to remove a resource from Leadershipbin.com at any time
• However, once a resource is submitted by a Contributor, Leadershipbin.com will be granted unlimited distribution rights of that resource, until a Contributor explicity requests that distribution to cease. • Leadershipbin.com is only responsible for the distribution of resources at www.leadershipbin.com.  If a user abuses their rights by unlawfully redistributing a resource that was downloaded from www.leadershipbin.com - Leadership Bin will not be held responsible for this action.  Such a situation will be an issue between the Contributor and the End User.  Contributors hereby agree to absolve www.LeadershipBin.com of any liability related to the redistrbution of their submitted resources.
  

• If a Contributor closes his/her account, it is their responsibility to FIRST remove any resources they would like removed from Leadershipbin.com
• If a Contributor closes his/her account, Leadershipbin.com will send the Contributor any commission payments due within 45 days of the date of closure.  Commission payments will only be sent if they are equal or greater to $100.

• Contributors are considered independent contactors to Leadershipbin.com.
• Contributor are not considered an employee of Leadershipbin.com under these terms and conditions.

• Leadershipbin.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to Contributors.
